It has been said that life is a journey. In 2005 Lucy, Cathy and I were blessed to have our paths cross and ultimately join.  What brought us together initially was our love of animals, the importance of treading softly upon the earth and our respect for all beings.  We soon discovered that our passions in life were also very similar and that we all stood at the same crossroad on our individual journeys.

      Chris has long sought to blend her love of animals and all of nature with her talent for photography.  Reiki and meditation have been very important parts of Lucy's life-journey. For Cathy physical vitality, energy and general good health, well into advanced age, (just so she could keep up with her dogs) has been very important. 

      One night over dinner, we began to discuss our life paths. Where our careers had been, where they were going and how we could incorporate our passions into our work. We asked "what if" we could include Reiki, good health, our love of animals, our joy in helping others and our desire for a healthier planet in a business that would also allow us to have the time and energy to live our lives with purpose.  That was some discussion!

      We soon realized that we each had a great interest in each other's passions and that these things blended quite naturally.  We came up with a phrase that summed up our individual philosophies: "Good Health is a journey of the mind, body and spirit". With support, encouragement and friendship, we decided to embark on a new journey, together.
